Below is the Personal Statement of Purpose that Dr. Edinger says most clearly illustrates his best work to date, especially in the area of Public Administration. It is placed here with the special permission of the client who wanted to share it with you so that others might be inspired to serve the least fortunate among us, in the words of Jesus, the poor. This Statement is an excellent example of the way that each statement must be tailored to each particular program. We are experts at helping you with this.

Personal Statement of Purpose for Admission to New York University’s Masters in Public Administration Program
I worked as a volunteer in my native India from the age of six; I have vivid memories of a leper home that I visited at seven. I sat with them for some time; some
taught me how to make a candle which I still have. I ate lunch with them, and hugged each one goodbye. Over time, I developed an all consuming passion to help
people, progressively finding increasing spiritual joy through devotion to social change, especially for the children of the most poor. I want to contribute to bringing
about concrete, sustainable, progressive changes in policy and the public attitude towards profound human suffering and the death of children. I want to help to
bring peoples of the world closer together, and illustrate through my life how an individual can spark sustainable social change through philanthropy. January
through April of 2004, on an internship with UNAIDS, my eyes were opened to the violence and murder involved in prostitution in Thailand. I was sickened by the
way that it is fed by tourism and I want to do something about it. I want to make those plane loads of First World pedophiles pay, at least for medical expenses.
On my trip to Laos and Myanmar across the border, young children in torn clothes rushed up to us asking us for food; yet when I visited Germany in 2001 and
Canada on several occasions, I saw no poverty at all—at least not in Third World terms. I am not at all comfortable with the distribution of wealth and opportunity
in the world.
Already, at only 24, I am someone who is fully immersed in the study of management of non-profit organizations. Raised in India for my first 12 years, I have an
Indian character, serious and extremely dedicated to the study of international relations and sustainable development in the Third World. I am a very spiritual young
woman; Third World development is as much a part of me as my breathing, controlled, measured, focused, constant. Even though I have been in the United States
since I was 12, I have also gone back to India on regular, lengthy visits. I am cultivating a unique multicultural identity in my quest to become a communicator on
behalf of Third World children. I adore NYU, Greenwich village, the resources. Going to NYU is my dream of a lifetime. This is primarily because my long term
plans revolve around working for the United Nation or a similar organization in a leadership/management position. Your MPA program is a perfect match for my
high degree of motivation, passion for Third World development, and interest in obtaining a position with an International NGO.
Gandhi is one of my greatest sources of inspiration in the area of conflict and development and global health management issues. I spend my free time reading
about disease, how it is directly related to conflict: lack of food, water, medication, doctors, sterile medical services and institutions, education, committed
teachers, government policies and disease/infections, malnutrition, Ambiasis, HIV/AIDS, TB—how all of this leads to violence and counter-violence in a
downward, vicious cycle of death and despair. Volunteering has been an integral part of my life, my second nature, working with dozens of organizations that deal
with literacy of all ages of people from all walks of life and backgrounds, especially minority, underprivileged children who are affected by domestic abuse and
parents in jail, alcoholic, unstable domestic life, etc, to older people who want to study English and blend in with society, mentally disabled children with cognitive
impairments trying to live as ‘normal’ as possible, and refugees from Afganistan who I helped make a transition to American life. Life has special meaning for me
because of the three children that die in the Third World every second. I live for them.
I am adept at the creation of presentations; this helps me to explore beyond the syllabus and basic job requirements, indulging my creative side and gaining a deeper
appreciation of my potential. I enjoy plunging into a flood of information, selecting the relevant data and presenting it in an appropriate way for the audience in
question, especially current events and humanitarian crises around the world. 'Human rights' and 'conflict resolution' are my principal avenues of intrigue:
HIV/AIDS, child soldiers, and the rape and enslavement of children in conflict situations.
I am a native speaker of Hindi, near native in English, proficient at Telugu and rapidly improving in French. Your program will provide me with the optimal
education to become a professional soldier for the most poor. I have seen first-hand how poverty, disease, and the lack of social development affect individuals and
their communities: casteism, female infanticide, population explosion, etc. Because my family has always been actively involved in development-related projects in
India such as setting up educational institutions, practicing non-pesticide farming as an example to the community and providing employment to empower women,
I have grown up fighting for clean water, food and shelter, and basic education, working with a broad spectrum of agencies both national and international. At
MSU, I spent a considerable amount of time performing extra-curricular charity work with several non profits: the Student Literacy Corps, 4H mentoring, Amnesty
International, and “The Coalition of Global Women and AIDS.” I am currently employed with Dialogue Direct, raising funds for international non-profit aid
organizations like Save the Children, Children International, and Plan USA.

Why Our Prices are So Reasonable Compared to Our Competition.
Helping people with their Personal Statement or Statement of Purpose (different phrases for the same thing) is big business on the Internet. No one really knows for sure since it is not regulated in any
way; but it is estimated that hundreds of thousands of students seek help each year with their Statement, because advanced study is so central
to what they want for their future, and the future of their children. A well written Statement often results in scholarship awards of tens of thousands of dollars—in other words, it is generally a good
investment for both the long and short term, a win/win situation. As a result, there are now well over 100 services providing Personal Statement of Purpose assistance on the Internet and all have invested
huge amounts of resources in an attempt to become competitive and stay that way in the search engines. We here at www.statementsofpurpose.com, for example, are currently spending well over $2,000 a
month in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) alone. Thankfully, we are based in Nicaragua, the poorest country after Haiti in the hemisphere, and our SEO Team is also based in Nicaragua, where wages and
the cost of living are very low. Furthermore, our writing team is based in Latin America as well, Chile, Bolivia, Mexico, etc. For one reason or another, family, the beach, economic living, etc., all of our
writers choose to live primarily in Latin America; most are at least semi-retired. For the last five years, we have kept a paid announcement on www.google.com which only appears in Latin America (thus
making it affordable), www.statementsofpurpose.com/editing.html. With this add, over time, we have been able to find and maintain a team of North American (U.S. and Canadian) writers with advanced
degrees in a variety of disciplines: Law, Nursing, Public Administration, Education, Biology, etc. Most are retired but still young enough to enjoy helping others achieve their dreams. Most importantly,
they work for less than professional writers who live in the U.S. and Canada; it is primarily this that enables us to keep your cost down to a very reasonable price, because we pass this savings on to you,
the client. Finally, Dr. Edinger personally reviews and revises your Statement both before and after he sends it to you, assuring you of state-of-the-art quality.
Our prices are much more reasonable than our major competitors; www.accepted.com, for example, based in New York, charges $650.00 if you are willing to wait, and $850.00 if you are in a hurry. This
seems very ‘First World’ to us. We invite you to become part of a growing portion of those purchasing assistance with their Personal Statement of Purpose on the Internet who are very glad that they
turned to www.statementsofpurpose.com to take advantage of the great value of our full, interview based service with custom, key, strategic questions sent to you personally by Dr. Edinger. Most people
miss out because they do not know what is important to put into their personal statement—and what is not. And this can be expensive because universities are generally very wealthy institutions that give
away billions of dollars of scholarship money to graduate students—but only to those that have very well-written Statements. It is best to seek professional help and no one is better at this than we are.
They just charge more money.
